RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Sheenam. We are committed to ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Please review our return and exchange policy below:

Returns and Exchanges:

  • We do not accept returns. However, exchanges are permitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Exchange requests are eligible for the following reasons:
    • Size issues
    • Color discrepancies
    • Fit problems
    • Defective product
    • Wrong style delivered by our team
  • If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • We must receive the exchange package within 7 days of delivery.

Requesting an Exchange:

  • You can reach our customer service team at Labelsheenam@gmail.com from Monday to Saturday between 10:30–6:30 pm.
  • Please provide your order number and details of the issue while requesting an exchange.
  • We will look into your issue and respond to you within 24 hours.

Exchange Process:

  • Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.
  • We will dispatch the replaced item once we receive and verify the returned product.
  • Certain products, such as limited edition items, custom-sized, made-to-order items, are not eligible for exchange.
  • There will only be one exchange and for the same SKU.
  • We will not exchange any item that we were not notified about.

NOTE: In cases where the products appear to be worn or used, have perfume/detergent scents, stains, makeup, missing tags/labels, or do not comply with our Terms and Conditions or if we believe the products are fraudulent or fail our quality check we will not be able to accept the exchange.

No Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed. Please double-check your order before confirming the purchase.

Refunds

As we only offer exchanges, we do not provide refunds. The exchanged item will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
